Need help with website

Say I have a php app that I want to upload onto my website.
I download it and it’s in rar format.
How do I get about uploading it to my website?

Well, you have several choices. Either extract the script and upload all the the files, get it onto the server via FTP (best choice) or if you server supports the feature, upload it in a ZIP archive and it will extract it automatically. Good luck mate^^

But I can’t find any websites that support that feature, and I don’t know how to extract the script from my tar.gz file
