Need help with IDM

I accidentally updated my Internet Download Manager and it made me uninstall it and I lost all of my logins.
Could someone tell me how to configure my “Site Logins” under Download Options?
All I remember is I need 2 websites like this
*~Disallowed~
~Disallowed~
Something like that, but I forgot.

You need to add your login and password for FileServe in “Options->Sites Logins” dialog. You need to add two entries “~Disallowed~” and “*.~Disallowed~” as server names.
