Need help srsly!

Omg, dhere is the deal: I have a forum, and I cannot open it directly. it redirects me to some webpage saying that the page is under construction. But I can open the page with a proxy!!! wtf???
btw: the page that redirects me its the same page that appeared when rs was down.
So, once again: i can open the page with proxy, but not normally(while my friends can)
plzplzplz help.

Try redirecting to it. Enter the site URL here:
http://www.hcidata.info/host2ip.cgi
Take the IP that you get and go to:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc. Open the hosts file with notepad and type this in at the bottom of the page:
*the IP address that you found*  *The site URL*
For example:
58.65.233.185   www..org
Save the file and restart your browsers. Then try accessing the site again. Good luck mate ^_^

try entering it as a short domain, for example:
.org
And not:
http://www..org/

The IP is 222.122.45.50 but it’s giving me trouble too
Try accessing the site from here:
http://216.224.120.14/coolnow/
Also, try typing this into your “hosts” file like I wrote above:
222.122.45.50  www.coolnow.co.cc
