need help

when i try to see movies using bsplayer have this msg overlay failed then display hardware is not capable of color – space conversions switching to RGB
press ok the movie run sound only black screen please help me

Download VLC player:

1) Try installing a good codec pack such as K-Lite Mega Codec Pack:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack.htm
Make sure you uninstall all existing codec packs or codec that you have installed before installing K-Lite.
2) Play the movie using VLC:
www.videolan.org/vlc/
