Need Good Android Tablet,Portable Media player details

I need a MP6 player.From this handheld player must have 2mega pixel camera,Can hear MP3,can play games,memory card can increased upto 4GB or 8GB,watching video,movie etc.
My price is around $120.Not more.
I have mobile and pc also but i need one handheld player that looks good but helped me take a photo and have many feature.For Wedding,Travel i need this player.But have no experiance which one i should buy.
In this 120 dollar i don’t know i can buy any brand player but i think i can buy a china or any country company player.I have mobile already but need this kind of player now.Most important is,This portable player i need only take a photo,record video from a wedding and travel and It will must keeping my jacket or Pant pocket.
As a example watch this is MP6 player|China company but i hear its not good.It can damaged any day.i don’t have so much idea also aboutit:

I need help from all of you about it that please suggest me which one i should buy.If anyone know any website that have full details about what i want,have photo with details then please share.If know any website that website all portable or android tablet showing New updated USA or India price then try share here.If this player have flash light then i also happy very much.
Please helped me.If it was laptop,desktop,mobile or anything then i can managed that but not have so much idea about mp6 player!!
