Need for speed the run full screen?

I’ve put my game in full screen, and since I did that, the game won’t load. It flashes on and off with 2-3 second intervals. I can’t get to the game options to change it off full screen mode.
Any ideas how to do this without entering the game settings?

Do note, I’ve already re-installed the whole game. -.-

But you of course deleted all what you could find about run (appdata, documents, program data) and cleaned PC with program like CCleaner or similar…..
try with this – add this to shortcut properties:
-windowed
or
-w at the end of line
