NBA 2k12 screen tearing, stuttering on Asus G73JH

I’m running nba 2k12 on my asus g73jh on maximum, got solid 60 fps but still witness some slight but really annoying screen tearing, slow down, hard to explain but it likes when vsync is off despite i got vsync on the whole time.
Anyone know how to resolve this problem?
I’m running the latest drivers btw.

Try disabling vsync in the game and forcing it in the Nvidia control panel.
