My RS Collectors account stolen

Is there anything wrong? Any idea?

I have problem collectors acc.I can't login with my password even if i didn't change my password and night before after i login with same password. i cant restore my password also dont know how to do.And Security-Lock is not active.Please i don't want to lose my (57000) rapidpoints and over 250gb uploads.
Please reset my password.thanks

Well, you are in trouble here since this is a collectors account. You will have to prove to RS that this is your account. Hopefully, they will give it back to you.
oh thats perfect why i didnt active Security-Lock iam so stupid. how can i prove to them?
I lost my collectors account too, send a mail to RS first they though I had a premium account and then they replied two times, but when I clearly stated that I didn’t have a premium account they never replied to me again…
Also showing them links that should be removed is a bad idea. :p
iam sorry for u. and yes i have premium too.converted with points with my collectors account.should i have send new mail to them including with my premium account detail.by the way how long they answer your mail?
Send them all the information on both of the accounts. Also, email them from the address that was in the collectors account. I suggest you scan your computer using any decent Anti-Virus such as Kaspersky Anti-Virus. Some malware could still be in your pc.
Don’t know if they will respond to requests for restoring a free account. Hope they do. Give them your registration details. The security lock is given for a reason mate.
You should provide your address as well… This would help a lot…

I really hope your account gets restored. I personally know how hard it is to accumulate 57000 points… I am struggling to get my last 200 points here for a 10k!
Thanks guys.Now iam using Kaspersky Anti-Virus to scan my computer.by the way Is NOD32 Antivir�s4 enough for this protection? and i send a new mail with both premium and collectors account details. i think thats it dont know what to do anymore.now its time to wait.i guess thanks for everyone yes man i agree u re right hope to recover it soon

Don`t rely solely on an AV program to protect your computer because they`re not perfect, and malware can, and does, still get onto your computer. Download a sand box program like Sandboxie, install it and read the documentation well, then run all small apps, patches and keygens sandboxed, and run your browser sandboxed too, which will prevent keyloggers cookie stealers and even screen capture programs, from recording your details and sending them to a remote host. And yeah, it`s quite amusing that you sent Rapidshare a list of files in your account that look suspiciously like Final Fantasy 7 links. Not wise. I doubt that RS will give you a collectors account back as theres no actual proof that the account was yours, but good luck anyway.

yes they are .but its not so important i will be delete after all As said AV is not working.i mean nothing found I try to install Sandboxie but its not supported 64-bit windows.Seems good apps but i have to change my windows and its not possible for now cant format pc. u re so clever where did u know that links belong to Final Fantasy 7

I could of been any of a number of things that allowed the person to get your account details.
Likely contenders:
Running a self extracting video file.
Installing an infected Application
Installing an infected Game.
You must change ALL your passwords that were stored in your browser!
Changing your password is essential as your account could become hacked if you don’t! For Forum security reasons you must do this immediately!
