My Pendrive (Not All Only One) its detected but not mounting

My 8gb pendrive ‘strontiun brand’ its detected but not mounting automatically.
when i double click to open it says “please insert a disk in to a removable disk”
i tried hp format utility, but not detecting.
i tried in disk management, it says no media.
1: how to manually mount pendrive in windows. its is possible in mac
2: is there any software to repair this kind of issue?

no. its doesnt work on any pc. but it shows new drive found and ready to use.

if say it’s not formatted ?
