multiAVCHD Menu Creation?

Hello all. I just got multiAVCHD and I am just testing things out and so on, but I was wondering how to make cool menu. They give you an example of the menu, and the options, kind off, I just cant seem to figure it out how to make it look like this one. It is really awesome and I am hoping someone can please please show me how to do it with screenshots.

you can make custom ones like this but I just do the standard one it comes with…open up like 2 boxes and you click which mkv you wanna watch..
