Microsoft Points card scratced too hard.

Some cards come with a harder scratch pad… This one aswell.
I scratched it a little too hard and now I can’t read a few digits.
It looks like XXXXX-XXLLL-LLOLL-LXXXX-XXXXX
X, I know what it is
L, I probably know what it is
O, No idea
Should I bring it back to the store?
Should I contact Microsoft?
Please help me.

they probably wouldnt do anything at the store…try to see if you can guess it right i suppose…or try to contact xbox…but idk if that would help

give them a call, they’ll probably be able to identify that you have purchased the card and it hasnt been used by some other tiny numbers on the card, they always have their own little number engraved in somewhere

Hold it in the light and see if you can see the numbers/letters in the reflection.

Emailed them, waiting for a response.
Then after that I’ll try to call them.
@ advice, I tried that, but the scratches were too deep.
