Magic DVD Ripper Problem

I have downloaded Magic DVD Ripper recently on more than one copy and everytime I have used it will work okay for maybe 5 or 6 times and then the registration will say it is incorrect. I have used both the latest version 5.4 and also have used the portable one. I have even formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows with the same thing happenning
Any help with this matter would be appreciated

im not familiar with magic dvd ripper, i am however familiar with dvd decryptor, which is freeware and very easy to use. riptit4me is a program which utilizes dvd decryptor so you can rip pretty much any copyrighted dvd.

I use Magic DVDRipper as well and yeah, I have the same problem my friend.
Question though, are you by chance using Vista ?
Casue if so, it’s either a problem with the crack or Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is preventing the crack from working properly.

I use Windows XP Home and it doesnt matter if I use it on an existing copy of Windows or a formatted one.
I am going to use wipedriveclean and see if that cleans it off completely and then use it.
I was thinking that maybe it might have a problem with the region code that a dvd player or burner uses but other than that i will hope for the best

For Magic DVD Ripper, when you have gotten a confirmation that your registration code has been accepted, sometimes the application will stop working and ask you for the code repeatedly. If you do not have a valid copy of MDR, do not attempt this.
To reset the application after a full reinstall, delete the following key in your registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ALP\option
You will usually see this error: “Register Code is not correct! We strongly recommend you copy/paste it.”
For Windows XP x64:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\ALP\option
This fix applies (at least) to v5.2.1.
