I made a wallpaper website, I’d like to know how to SEO this site ?
I’d like to add keywords, what are they & where & How to put them in HTML ? Any other method(s) to SEO for my site ??

SEO is more complex than typing in meta tags, mega tags are quite easy go to this site:

good luck. “wallpaper” is one of the most popular words searched in google. that’s why there are so many hijack sites that are disguised as wallpaper sites.
word of mouth is your best bet. even with the best SEO on the planet, you won’t get anywhere near the top with a wallpaper site, unless you can outdo interfacelift or ewallpapers or one of the other major players.
