Macro writing

Hi, i want to write a macro that can enter variable values that are in a excel file, but i don’t know if this is possible…
So this is what i want it to do, write the values from excel to another program, so it always gets the A3, B7, …. is there a macro writer that can do this?

to another program??? macros only work inside excel… you can however use multiple books (exel files)
