Mac font to windows 7

hi my friend buyed few years ago some fonts for mac. so i want use these font but i don’t know how to use ? and it’s format different !!
any help here is some files kb.

Try using Transtype or Crossfont to convert them…
After downloading your file I’ve never seen fonts like them (._Abhin) and Transtype will not open them, not sure about Crossfont..
The fonts on the mac I have are .ttf and will work on a pc…
You may have copied the wrong folder and got some mac information and not the actual font files…
Or maybe they are a compressed file that needs to be extracted on a mac…
Took them to my mac and it can’t even see the files, shows an empty directory where they are…
opened in a hex editor and does appear to be a font, I can’t find anything that will open it though…
