Looking for somone that knows Regex to help me

It depends on what you are using as regular expressions do vary a bit on different appz. If it’s on separate files then I don’t know of an app that will do it.
There are many guides on Reg expressions if you search google. There is a tool to test them too.

Ultra Edit handles regex and will work on multiple files. Search here for it, it’s more useful then many people realise.
I also use (and recommend) Ultra Edit which I have been using for many years. It is my default programming and text editing application. It can handle Unix, Perl style RegEx plus its own (which I never use)
While RegEx is similar across many programming languages, there are also some minor differences.
Even MS Word can handle RegEx to some extent.
If you point out the application, and an example of what you need to do…it would be easier to advise.
