Looking for image manager.[SOLVED]

I’m trying to find a program where you can add a image to it and have it compare that image to other images in a folder and see if there are any that match it.
kind of like a desktop/local version of tineye

I found one on here and it works perfectly. I use ultramon and a script to have the wallpapers on my two monitors change every ~10 seconds so I have a folder with over 1800 wallpapers in it and it grows every time i visit /wg/. so its nice to be able to just run this program instead of looking through the folder manually.
I might give it a try with a funny pic dropbox that me and my friends share but duplicates dont matter that much for that folder.
