I Have A License File Format .lic How can i get the serial number and license code from the file

See if you can read anything off it by changing extension to .txt
If not, it’s encrypted and can only be opened by the intended program. Unless you’re good at hacking.

I open that file in notepad but show me only number and letters

You would normally copy the .lic file to the directory where the app is installed and when the app is started it reads the file…

You might also be able to apply the license file from the program itself

Some programs – if you go to “About” of that program – there you can see those details.
If not, try checking registry, maybe serial and lic code are stored in it.
