La Noire LANLauncher problem

Hi all I have a problem starting “LANLauncher.exe” .. it says “LANLauncher has stopped working – windows is checking for a solution to the problem”.. And here is the story.. I first had windows 7 STARTER , I’v installed the game , patched, cracked and all, and I COULD start it but not thru Launcher.. If I clicked on launcher it would say the same thing.. Then I reinstalled my windows coz I didnt find any other way to make the game work.. Now I have windows 7 Ultimate, yesterday I have installed the game, downloaded the 1,5 gb patch that just got out, patched , cracked and the game worked just great.. Today I wake up and all I did was Unmounting it from daemon tools, installed Adobe rider, Toca race driver 3 and now I start the launcher, and it doesnt start.. shows the same problem as before. Iv tried mounting the iso-s again, and neither launcher from daemon tools or from install directory are starting. I dont know what may cause that problem, I’v tried to google it, noone has this problem.
My system info:
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
Antivirus Avg
ATI Radeon HD 5670
Processor AMD dual 3.00 Ghz
Ram 2gb

have u installed in the simple path like D:\LANoire[without spaces]
coz game wont work if the installed path have space or any diff characters in it!!
then apply the patch..
if u had theta release u need to download skidrow 2 gb patch[old one]
then install n then add update 1.24 which is latest 2gb update[optional]..
play the game

Look, the game works, only the launcher doesnt, i can start the game perfectly but it laggs, so I want to start launcher to enter that code in command line, and that
have u installed in the simple path like D:\LANoire[without spaces]
