Kaspersky pure problem

i have recently downloaded the latest version of kaspersky pure.im new to its system and i think its firewall is blocking firefox and sometimes it block my internet connection. can anyone plz describe how i can configure it perfectly so that no further prblm will occur.

Are you running the firewall on Automatic or Interactive mode? (not sure if these are the right terms for KIS)
You should be able to disable the firewall to see if that’s whats blocking you or not.
uninstall and reinstall pure

i think its in automatic mode as i have not touched any setting yet and i think default settings are applied.i disabled the firewall but no success. there are lots of more settings such as proactive defense, application control,network attack blocker etc etc maybe anyone of them causing the prblm….
