I got a new laptop a week ago and atleast a few times a day the touchpad cursor jumps all around the place and i cant control it.I have to log off or restart to fix it.Ive updated the drivers and flashed the bios so does anyone have any tips on what to do? Answer #1
send it back to HP so they replace it for you if it’s only a week old…
