JDownloader corrupting rar-files

All of a sudden all my multi-archive rar-downloads are corruptet.
I use JDownloader and download from fileserve.
This has happened to every single download the last days, so there has to be some issue with wither fileserve or Jdownloader.
Anyone with the same problem and a solution?

jdownloader is not working well with file serve anymore. A fight between the 2 is going on.
