So all I have to do is install DaemonTools, and I should be good?

Yep, just like saturnsid said. An iso is an Image of the original disk. You can burn it onto a disk using a program like Nero, Alcohol120% and Imgburn. Also, you can mount it using a virtual drive. I would recommend using Daemon Tools Pro to mount the file. Download the software, if you want you can get it here:
Install it and use the patch to activate it. Open it and in the main window of the program click Tools–>Add IDE Virtual Drive/Add SCSI Virtual Drive. After it’s done close the program and take a look at your system trey. You’ll notice a small icon there shaped like an orange lightning. click on it and select one of the virtual drives. Then just select your ISO file and that’s it. Good luck mate^_^

If you want a permanent copy of the ISO, just use a utility such as Nero. There is an option to BURN DISK FROM IMAGE (or something similar).
That way you don’t have to keep a large file sitting on your hard disk, and you can take the disk to other computers to use.
You just have to know if it is a CD or DVD image so you can burn it to the appropriate media. You can tell my the ISO size.
