All legit automated mail has unsubscribe links at the bottom.
Spam mail, on the other hand, does not.
You have spam mail =/

Don’t sign up for random crap online with your email address.
Get a spam email address, that you use to sign up for stuff with, and a permanent email address, you use for very important stuff that you know is 100% safe.
just let them go to the spam folder i must have thousands of spam there

Or he can make filters (I know we at Gmail can do that) to delete those Emails automatically!
Filter it at webmail level, then it won’t even get to your Outlook.

How do you do that?
Go to the webmail interface of your mail account (unless you are using exchange server) and create a filter for those mails to go straight to your trash.
Exchange server – go to the Outlook Web interface and create a rule there.

Do it at the webmail level.
eg. my mail goes to a Runbox account.
I go to runbox dot com and login to my mail there. I tick the mail that is still on the server that is spam, and create a filter to automatically send any mail from that sender, or with that subject line say, straight to the trash.
I am not sure if you are leaving your mail on the server, or whether you are POP3 or IMAP the mail to Outlook. If you are POP3 then chances are you might be deleting mail from the server once you have popped it.
You would have to change the settings to leave a copy on the server, so that you can create a filter in future.
You can just create a rule or filter in Outlook anyway – just right click on the e-mail and create a rule to send to trash in future.
every mail service has an option to block senders !

Yes i know that but the weird problem is that it sends everytime from another mail..
For everytime you make the effort to unsubscribe from an email that is UKNOWN and appears to have an unsubscribe LINK in the subject LINE…Is deceptive and becomes an INVITE to subscribe to more SPAM emails…awe the irony…The solution is to send it to the SPAM filter…

You mean the “unwanted” folder in the left?

If you move the unknown email to another “unwanted folder” and Call it a “Spam folder, or create it for that purpose, is still risky at best to have remain there.
Filtering “SPAM Email” before it enters your inbox is safer and deleting them on arrival becomes a ritual…
keeping a manual backup of your database is essential if you have the means of viral protection.
If you get emails from an unwanted source, may times its sent from proxies and spam sources that can’t be stopped unless you know how to cause “bounce backs” to the offending source server” this can blacklist the spamming source from the several server relays its using.
But you will not make progress from “opting out” from embedded links within the email itself.
Downloading an email directly to your local inBox is not a best default option.
Your ISP may give a filtering option as part of your account services, and MANY 3rd party services exist to provide secure email services…AKA GOOGLE for starters..AND many other services exist to provide more alternative protection methods.

The problem of filtering mail before reading them is that is sometimes filters mail that i don’t want to get in spam box..
Edit:
I made a rule and here’s an printscreen:
I chose to immediately sent it to the trash before it enters the inbox folder.
Is it done good?
in essence to what im saying, there is a way to read the headers to ALL your emails and deleting them entirely, before downloading the ENTIRE Email to your local inbox and it keeps your LOCAL INBOX, virtually protected, and virus free…
I am not completely familiar with your settings shown above to be honest.
Avoid the “Body of messages” from your email server is the best option to be aware of as described by example:
