Ipod nano 3rd Gen Games

I just got myself a new ipod nano 3rd gen, is there a way you can download games and sync them to the ipod?

probably not, most of the knowledge in this area in going into hacking the ipod touch/iphone, and now the 4th generation is out, i doubt much effort will be made
