IOS 5 downgrade

Is it possible to downgrade my iPhone 3GS from IOS 5 ?

If you have SHSH Blobs saved then YES… if NO… (you know the answer)..
NO SHSH Blobs = NO Downgrade/Upgrade/Restore

Well I take it that you want to downgrade due to the fact that Apple core has gone bad with the latest official firmware?
I’m in the same boat with my ipod touch. When I slide through my albums it is very laggy and then goes back to the home page.
