Image Uploading Site without expiration

Hi, First of all, sorry if this is not the correct forum to ask this question — Of all the Image Uploading Sites listed in http://www.google.com?t=16484, which one does not have an expiration date for the uploaded images? Those sites that will delete your image if there is no traffic to it are considered having expiration date as well. I asked because I found most of them have an expiration, and the one that doesn’t, imgur, is banned. Why it is banned BTW?

I use imgur, they have a nice chrome extension too
