image! how to..

hey please am searching for a program ..with which i can compress all my pics..so that it would be easily for me to upload them!!! plzz..N also edit them thx!

Image Resizer? Its a freeware and there are many better.For Edditing always Photoshop.

When I’ve a lot of pix to resize I use Flip Album Pro.
It also lets you edit your image, though I prefer to use Microsoft Paint cos I like working at the pixel level.

upload them to where? If it’s a photosharing website like “flicker” than there are tons of programs that will “resize” the pictures for you. One of them is Image Resizer as the other member suggested .Which then you can put into a folder on your desktop and then upload them to your desired website. If you wish to upload them to a file hosting site or to a torrent server than use “winrar” which you would have to put all the desired pictures into one folder, then you would use “winrar” to compress the contents and create a “package” which you can then share via a torrent server or through a file hosting service such as Rapidshare.

ACDSee also works well for this. It also does batch converting, so you can easily convert between formats. It is much faster at viewing directories with tons of files in thumbnails view than windows explorer, so you can use it as a photo organizer as well.
