yes use a software known as WINRAR
keep all files in one folder and press “EXTRACT HERE”
and its done.
and its not the every timeu will get a .exe file it depends upon the file format
if its a program only then u will get .exe file
If you double click any component part of a complete segmented archive, WinRAR will open a window, if you then click ‘Extract To…’ and select the destination for the file WinRAR will automatically reconstitute and uncompress the parts. There are other programs that handle .RAR compression, but I would recommend it for your purposes.
