i want to send file of more than 200 MB to my friend

i need some application or site that can help me to send large file like 200 MB to my friend on net , plzz suggest me your knowledge.

Yous be well advised to break it into 4 parts with HJSplit – its free and works great. You split at your end, mate joins at his end.
Smaller uploads are less to re-upload in the event of connection problems If you have a slow u/l speed, this becomes even more important.

http://www.divshare.com is pretty good upto 200 meg file size take a look

i suggest you to split the files using winrar and upload the splitted files in mediafire.com
