I there a way to automatically add a text file to RAR/ZIP ?

I want to right click something add create a new RAR or ZIP file, but i want it to automatically add a HTML or Text file to it, is there a way to do this?

Based on my experiences at rar archiving, I haven’t done this or use any freewares or scripts to do this. I prefer to do this manually…
