I have recently found “Comodo Unite”.. Its free.
Try that.

Teamviewer is working just fine, and probably the best you will find!
You have something set up wrong, or a firewall blocking the access. You should try and fix Teamviewer issue instead of looking for an inferior product.

CrossLoop is so last decade, everyone has since switched to TeamViewer. CrossLoop only works on Windows bases systems, whre TeamViewer is cross platform compatible allowing connections to and from any windows, linux, mac, or mobile (android) device.
