I have unknown virus need help to remove it

Hello everyone,
I’ve got a virus from my freind USB and I’m having the following:
1- When I start my pc it automatically runs notepad.
2- When i press “ctrl+alt+del” on my keyboard there is no task manager 3- I cant access my HD normally, I access it only when I right click -> explore or open. (PS: When I right click there is something written it says: “If freedom is outlowed only outlowed will have freedom” and below it “J U S T A G A M E”).
I tried to scan my computer with avast pro but couldnt find it (My anti virus definition up to date). Is there a way to remove this thing from my computer other than formating it?
