HTML in PHPBB3

If I am the administrator of the forum, then how do I add html into the post (only for admins preferred).

Hi ,
html support has been removed from PhpBB3 for security reasons
you can use the Custom BBcode feature instead (ACP>Posting>BBCodes)

i know but eveything cant be done in bbcode like forms so i need html
