Htc wildfire help

I need some help please guys. My mums got a htc wilfire which is very very slow and sluggish is there anything i can do to speed it up? I’ve heard you can use custom roms and kernels but i dont have a clue about android as i’ve got an iphone. thanks 🙂

the phone is slow, as its the first model, the wildfire s is much faster, only thing i can recommend is use advanced task manager to kill unused processes.

Steps to help this!
1 Power of the device
2 Hold the down volume key pressed in
3 Start the device with the power button with the volume key pressed in at first..
4 Enter bootloader
5 enter factory reset mode with the action button or power pressed in
6 tap the volume button up and the divice will clear a hard reset.

be aware if you dont back up everything b4 you do a hard reset you lose the lot!!!
