And i am wondering is it better to install XP SP2 or tiny XP,And what is the difference between XP SP2 and TINY XP ?

Answer #1
How much RAM do you have?
You should install XP SP3 if anything,SP2 is way too outdated.
TinyXP is a modified (non-official) version of XP with various components removed & lower memory footprint.
Answer #2
TinyXP is all I use and recommend it
TinyXP rev11 is the latest
it should run pretty good on your older hardware
