How to Vote Multiple Times at Websites?

I’d like to ask the members of our great WBB if they have any ideas that could help me vote multiple times at websites that only let you vote once per every 12 hours. The only tracking method that they have is IP tracking. They said that if I could switch IPs, that I could vote as many times as I wanted. The votes just allow the Private Server that I play on to be rated higher on Xtreme101’s website. When coming up with a solution for me, please keep the following in mind:
1. I do not have a dynamic IP. 2. I’ve thought about an IP switcher, but I’m not sure how effective that would be. I cannot use anonymous surfing, as it goes through the main website, and it blocks Anonysurfers for some reason. 3. When I was trying to get some assistance from some players in the game, they laughed at me for thinking about an IP switcher, so I’m sure there’s a better method. 4. If you do recommend anything, please be sure to include the EXACT name of the program, and a link to a topic. Please feel free to recommend your own topics, so long as it will actually help me. using proxies, erasing cookies, resetting the router, and some stuff more, but these are the basics.
