how to use these kind of subtitles?

hello, i downloaded subtitles from aeckz topic (lottery ticket.dvdrip) from:
http://d01.megashares.com/dl/EANzHi1/arrow.lottery.ticket.subs.rar
so, when i downloaded, and extracted the .rar, i got 2 files:

this is when i open the .idx file:

and this is when i open the .sub file with JUBLER:

ANY HELP, PLEASE?

could you give me little more information about how to do the trick with convertxtodvd? i have convertxtodvd, but i wasnt talkin about movie, i was talking about subtitles..
