how to use flash file as avatar ?

can anyone help me out for this ??? how to use flash files as my avatar ?? i could not find any site to upload Swf Files And What Is The Best Software To creat Flash (.swf ) Files ???

nah… i saw many user using a swf file as avatar i asked them but he is telling that he dint do it… some one other did that :s

well the best and maybe the only progam for .swf creating is adobe flash cs4 here is a link

I do not think many sites allow swf files I think you will have to create an animated gif and the best thing to do for that is use Photoshop Cs3. A good place to upload it to is tinypic.
