You either have onboard sound (and didnt tell us the motherboard).
Or you have a sound card (and didnt tell us which one).
If you have a maunfactured pc, go to the manufactures website and download it.
If you have a custom pc, go to your motherboard’s manufacture’s website, and download it.
If you have a sound card, go to the sound card manufactures website, and download it.
