how to undo this

i like to hide the area highlighted in red, it wasnt like this before, i was trying to move a file to document but ended up dragging my pictures of something like that and now this happened

im pretty sure its just one of the views. the buttons are in the upper right corner of the explorer by the questionmark.

Open that folder
Right click->Group by->None

I believe you have to right click and its in the grouping options

Awesome! Thanks all. It took me awhile to find group options. For OP – Hit Alt, then on the menu bar that pops up at the top, Veiw > Group by > None
