How to transfer music and videos from iPhone to PC?

Hi guys,
My computer recently crashed and everything gone. The only thing I am left is the music and videos on my iPhone. I am trying to copy the stuff from iPhone to my PC. Tried many different software such as Tansee, DisAid.
I heard Touch Copy is good long back. But I couldn’t find the software elsewhere.
My phone is running on iOS 4.3.5, Jailbroken. Tethered.
Can anyone help me out?

Have you thought of trying the official apple software? (Itunes)

iTunes doesn’t allows us to transfer data saved in iPhone to iTunes library or our hard disc. Are you wanna free from this unreasonable item between you and Apple inc? Ok Here you go,

TuneAid is good software, it copies all your music back to your pc and even imports your playlists, listening statistics etc etc
I had this problem once too, really annoying… TuneAid helped a lot
It was on 4.3.3 back then so it should work on 4.3.5 too

SharePod works better then any other software afaik.
