how to transfer files over wifi?

hello .. i was wondering if there is any app like WIFI file transfer pro for android …
like i can send from my android fone to lappy but how can i send from laptop to fone via wif ?? and then from one laptop to another ??
i have s4 fone and my lappy has win 8.1 and other one have win 8

you dont need a software to do that when both the machines are connected to a network, preferably your secure home wifi, turn on file sharing (in the network and sharing center) then create a new folder anywhere on your pc, right click it and click share>homegroup drop any file you want to share in your folder and it should be visible on the other pc
For phonewise, bluetooth? USB cable is much faster.

there is nothing to configure…just go to network tab and click on the IP of your computer, provided that you have put your partition on sharing
