How to take control over iPhone 4

I want to be able to take control over my iPhone 4 remotely from my pc. My main objective is to be able to record the screen of my iphone so I can display what I’m doing on my app.

Guess that answers one of my questions. What program do I use for VNC and how do I fill in the configuration form? Do I choose L2TP, PPTP, or IPSec? I’m not sure how to fill in the information there requesting. They say server, but I don’t know how to get the IP for the server.

I don’t need an app to take control of my computer, I need to do the opposite. I want to use my computer to look at my phone so I can just record what the iPhone screen is doing, instead of using a camera and filming the iPhone. Hope that clarified everything.
