How to stop anti-theft to keep sending sms alerts?

I have a very annoying problem and that is that i installed avast anti-theft on my previous Phone and i gave 3 Phone numbers(my family) to send them sms alerts when there is a sim card change.. . Now.. i’ve bought another Phone and gave that Phone to someone else but.. i forgot about the anti-theft and today that 3 persons get THE WHOLE DAY sms alerts that my Phone is stolen and that somebody has put another sim card in it…. daaaamn.. all the 3 persons keep begging me to stop it but i only can tomorrow when i’m going to see that person.. .
But how can i stop that?? Do i have to put my sim card back in that Phone? If yes, what do i have to do after that? Is it enough to uninstall complete avast or what must i do?
Please i need help… .

Uninstall avast and before that disable the sms alert option in case to be on safe side
Yesterday i called the person that has that phone now in use.. and i gave him the instructions but he couldn’t find avast.. i’m going to look later this day when i’m going to meet him.. .
It’s already solved.. what i had to do is reinstall avast on my older phone because i had uninstalled it.. and open avast WITH THE NEW CHANGED SIM CARD and insert my avast pin in and after that avast automatically knows the phone is ‘safe’ and not ‘stolen’… .
