How to play .mkv videos on sony bravia ex420

Hi,
I have bought sony bravia ex420. and wanted to see movies of .mkv files.
So how can i watch it ? but just without convertion or any good idea.
bcz conversion takes 10 hrs. that i dont want..
any tricks or any ideas…
Plz tell me i need it,

Your TV will only play MPEG 2 video…either convert or buy a media player.

Yeah, get something like WDTV or connect a computer to the TV

Does it have a USB port?
If it doesnt support MKV then….You can look at my Help Guide (link in my signature) under How to repack (without conversion) MKV to MP4 for Xbox, PS3 etc
