Just copy the outlook folder from one of these locations:
XP
—
C:\Documents and settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft
Vista/Win7
———-
C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Microsoft
or
C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Roaming\Local\Microsoft

Ok thank you man i’ll try it and let you know!
This is why you should be using IMAP (or Gmail for that matter).
Hey wait. If you take a backup of all that you will only be copying the archived files. To copy the messages that are currently in your Mailbox/Inbox, sent etc do the following:
1) Open Outlook
2) File> Import and Export, click next then select export to file (pst)
3) Select Mailbox when you get the chance
Wherever you save this don’t forget to take this too.
You are mistaken,That folder contains everything,Including the contacts/messages,The only thing it doesn’t contain is the login data
of the account itself.
