How to install .mdx? [SOLVED]

Medal of Honor [iRelizer] Epidemz.net
I got this file after downloading a medal of honor copy from . But i can’t find the topic where i got it from.
After extracting the rars i get a 7.3 GB Medal of Honor [iRelizer] Epidemz.net.mdx file.
I have no clue what to do with it?
HELP!

Download the latest Version of Daeomon Tools Lite(Its a Freeware) & mount the .mdx file just as how you mount an ISO

It doesn’t work with Ultra ISO, downloading Daemon tools…
Is it an image file or smtg?

dude when u open a image with daemon tools just click “View all files” it works.. easy as

Ya, i get that! Im installing now.. Just curious… neva seen such an Image file before… Usually all the images I handle worked with ultraISO

Same here, safelinking is good but unless u bookmark the orig page it can be hard to find again, lol, i,m still looking.
