How To I Change To English ?

Hope Some One Can Tell Me How To Change Program To English,It Is In Russian
I Don’t Have A Clue What To Do With (silent installation-eng)
Any explination would be appreciated. Thank You !!!

It looks like a batch file, you should be able to double click on it and it will launch the install in English…
You can right click on it and choose edit to see the commands written in it…
