How to get win 10 icon in tray for free upgrade?

Have legit win 7 with sp1 and all updates.
I have checked and don’t have enterprise or volume edtion. Looks like I got I the proper edition to upgrade.
Can anyone help,please?

Turn on automatic updates, that did the trick for me, nothing else worked.

I hate windows update I dont like fixing something unless its broke I have about 200 updates in my list and will probably corrupt Windows if I auto update it with all of them .

you can select individual updates,you don`t have to install everything M$ offers you
